Session 4: Latin Flavors June 24th-28th 9am-12pm

Traverse all over Central and South America in this Latin Flavors Cooking Class. We’ll start in Mexico, make your own tortillas for tacos and salsa, rice and beans and horchata cheesecake bites. In Peru we’ll master polo alla brasa- aji verde, lomo saltado and alfajores,  In Brazil enjoy making pao de queijo -brazilian cheese bread, churasco chimichurri and acai bowls. Travel to Uruguay to master the many empanadas and enjoy making arroz con leche. Finishing up in El Salvador, we’ll make pupusas and torrejas- French toast dessert.
