Titus Winemaker Dinner | Feb 16



Join us for our Titus Winemaker's Dinner where Colin Wright from Titus Winery will be joining us to give a great overview of Titus Winery and the vineyards just off Silverado Trail in Napa. He'll describe the beautiful 40 acre estate and vineyards in St Helena. You'll be amazed by these truly handcrafted small production wines. 

We'll be cooking all four courses with our chefs hands on, followed by an intimate seated meal where we'll enjoy our dishes paired with four of Titus wines. 

  • Winter Vegetable Raclette paired with Titus Sauvignon Blanc (only just over 1000 cases produced) 
  • Spice Rubbed Steak Salad with Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette and Blue Cheese paired with Titus Zinfandel (just over 1000 cases produced) 
  • Duck Albondigas (meatballs with Manchego Cheese and a Pomegranate Sauce paired with Titus Petite Verdot (extremely limited production) 
  • Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Smoky Cheddar Mashed Potatoes paired with Titus Cabernet Sauvignon (1200 cases produced) 
  • Handcrafted cookies to take home
