Collier Falls Winemaker Dinner | Feb 8



Join us for our Collier Falls Winemaker's Dinner where Barry Collier will be joining us to give a great overview of Collier Falls and the vineyards in Healdsburg. He'll explain his journey into winery owner (from the music industry!) and describe his beautiful estate and vineyards in Healdsburg. You'll be amazed by these truly handcrafted small production wines. 

We'll be cooking all four courses with our chefs hands on, followed by an intimate seated meal where we'll enjoy our dishes paired with four of Collier Falls wines. 

  • Pancetta Pear Blue Cheese Crisp paired with Collier Falls Zinfandel (Double Gold Medal SF International Wine Competition, only 357 cases made)
  • Roasted Duck Risotto paired with Collier Falls Syrah (Robert Parker 92 points, only 148 cases made)
  • Beef Bourguignon with Gruyere Mashed Potatoes paired with Collier Falls Cabernet Sauvignon (only 323 cases made, 90 points from Robert Parker)
  • Raspberry Molten Lava Cakes paired with Collier Falls Late Harvest Primitivo (only 54 cases made)
