  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Ricotta Lemon Herb Bake with your fresh Ricotta
  • A variety of Goat Cheese Crostini, such as Pear and Honey, Sundried Tomato and Basil, Prosciutto and Fig Jam.

    This is an intro cheese making class and does not require any previous cheese making experience 

    Beverages are not included, but can be purchase for an additional fee during class.


    Cancellation Policy: Please notify us 48 hours before your class is scheduled to begin. If you will not be able to attend, we can switch you to another class. Notification less than 48 hours before cannot be accommodated.
